Rosso & Turnberry Launch Sales For 32-Story One Park Tower At Sole Mia

Quote:
Sales are now underway at One Park Tower by Turnberry, a 32-story residential tower at the master planned SoLé Mia development in North Miami.

One Park Tower will include 303 residential condo units, delivered fully finished with porcelain floors.

Amenities will include pickleball courts, and a wellness center with fitness, spa and massage facilities. Residents will have access to co-working facilities, a library, private event rooms, a climate-controlled wine room and dedicated children’s playroom.

Residents will also have access to dedicated beach space with umbrellas and beach chairs at the 7-acre swimmable lagoon that is the centerpiece of SoLé Mia. The lagoon is the size of 21 Olympic-sized pools.

Developers say it will be a walkable and connected community, with parks and trails, retail and restaurants in the 184-acre development.

Arquitectonica is the architect, with Meyer Davis doing interior design. Enzo Enea is overseeing landscape design.

University of Miami breaks ground on 363,000-square-foot health care center

The University of Miami broke ground on a 363,000-square-foot outpatient health care facility at the SoLé Mia project in North Miami.
Now, UHealth is moving forward with construction of the 7-story facility, which is slated to open in 2025.

This will be the largest ambulatory health care facility for UHealth, even larger than the Lennar Foundation Medical Center on its Coral Gables campus.
Situated on 10 acres, UHealth SoLé Mia will have 110 exam rooms, 10 operating rooms, 33 cancer treatment rooms, a reflection garden, and a bridge to a neighboring hotel. The site has space for an additional 100,000 square feet for future expansion.

Robins & Morton is the general contractor for the project, which was designed by CallisonRTKL.

The amount of mega projects under development in Florida is crazy. Also the oval-shaped buildings in the photo hint toward the Turnberry tower and maybe a taller 2nd phase?
