Beautiful watercolor renderings. These are becoming rarer and rarer. Nice development.

Yes these renderings are beautiful. I'm actually okay with this scale of development for most of LA. It's very human scaled. Look a lot like the stuff built in Netherlands, Germany, or Denmark. That's a really good thing

It's great to see these proposals for Santa Monica , really nice. The coastal commission, I don't believe would allow anything much taller.
