The site plan for Capital Ridge shows plans for a second office tower, both of which could be 100'. But it doesn't have elevations or show the hotel. The site plan, by the way dates back to 2008.

That was the original plan. They switched it up and sold one of the building sites to the Hotel Granduca. The site plan for 2013 is the current one, which has the hotel and the office building sharing a garage.

This one reminds me of the W. I want it built badly.

Details from the article:
448 feet.
39 stories.
5th tallest.
500k starting price.
154 condo units.
Demolition starts this month.
No disclosure of funding, but it seems to be in place.

That's good news. This one is going to be one of the nicer buildings I think. I guess they nixed the brown accents and replaced it with grey. Their site plan is still not approved and released yet, but that should happen soon.

I must say that it has been an awesome day for project updates and photos in the Austin sub-forum. The updates would be getting buried and missed if everything was posted in the compilation thread as some posters would like.

Nueces Condos

Hill Country, you left off Nueces Condominiums, a 100 unit building on a quarter acre at 906 Nueces.

Thanks. If I can find a documented height for it of 100' and/or 10' floors I'll add it.

EDIT: I just checked on that building and it's too short to make the list.

Yet another building that has been scaled down to the 400' range in a prominent location.

Yeah, I'd say about 450 feet. The design is pretty snooze worthy also.

This Congress Ave hotel proposal that seemed to die a slow lingering death a couple years ago appears to have some life left in it. A permit filing was made today to extend the previously approved site plan:

Well how about that. I had just moved that into the dead proposals sheet of my building height database today. I'll believe it when I see it. That was one I was really excited about seeing built.

Great pic, texdaniel. The Bowie looks good there. Fifth + West Residences is definitely going to show up there (behind Austin City Lofts).
