The JDS site states early 2018 completion, so this looks like it will haul ass. Key word is "early" 2018.

Maybe this will top out by Q4 of 2017. Now that would be sweet.

This one is going to be an instant landmark. It's an evolved Art Deco beauty that takes New York back to its Art Deco golden age and brings it to the 21st century. And the design looks great!

Tower Verre (53W53) has the early lead, but I would say this will pass it as they both rise.

Honestly as long as this tower goes up, I wouldn't even be mad if Central Park Tower gets a decrease or even stalls. This is by far the more interesting building.

I was hoping we'd be at a floor-a-week pace by now. Soon, I bet. This summer we'll probably see two new floors a week. That'll be fun.

Right, its moving at snail's pace but at least is not stalled like One CP.
