It seems like progress on dCondo is rather slow. I wonder if True North Square will be completed first even though it got started later.

Noticed more glass going up on the east side yesterday so there is some progress, albeit as you say, rather slow.

Apologies for the quality and distance from the building, but haven't seen updates lately, so these screen grabs from the dash cam will have to do. Glass is nearing the top on the west side. It really stands out when crossing the Osborne bridge or heading east on Broadway - and looks super skinny.

^ Thanks for the pics... I like seeing it when I drive south on Osborne St. N. - the skyline around there has barely changed since the 80s, so it's cool to see something new.

Totally agree! Looks like a super tall skinny skyscraper when heading towards downtown around where Red Top restaurant is.

Buying

Hi all, does anyone know where I can look at possibly buying a condo in this building?

It's nice to see they finally completed the exterior glass curtain on dCondo.

Mostly just news articles about the trouble they’ve had - there’s a couple links from remax but everything is expired. Looking for something current and valid where I can learn more about what this tower will offer and ultimately what it’ll cost.

call remax or a real estate agent

they'll probably know more than users on a construction forum.
