這棟樓在哪,南港? 内湖? 我很喜歡這個顔色,很特別,而且很臺北。

how come there are beams sticking out? do they cut those off before or after they put the cladding on or something?

The steel frame will place on these steel beams firstly and put the glass into these frames.

i dont see how they do that because the steel beams already extends past the glass cladding.

This picture is clearly show how the cladding is placed.
So the previous respond, I was totally wrong.

And some guys from skyscrapers.tw say that the white is actually LCD.

man, that looks so weird. having 4 high-rise sticking out from an otherwise, low-rise neighborhood, where's the urban planning?

^^ Taipei is the best planned and most convienent city to live in. I have never been to a city more vibrant and convienent than Taipei. It is the lack of urban planning that makes it go great.

That is the weakness side of Taiwanese city, especially the authorities try to enforce developers follow the law. In fact, the concept of urban planning in Taiwan fall behind the development country. There are still a lot of improvement in this area.
