I wonder how long it will be before they start finishing the exterior of the podium? I'm curious to see what materials they use and how it turns out. The rendering shows two levels of large, open storefront windows and glass or metal awnings.

I too am looking forward to it. IMHO, that will make or break this project - I'm hoping for the best.

I did notice a bit more cinder blocks put in this past week so maybe work will start on it again.
