Feel like the rendering doesn't match the footprint.

The rendering view is from the park in the southeast, and conveniently leaves out the apartment tower in between, while the photo is from the north. I think it still makes sense.

Thanks for that.

I say this a lot, but the City of Ottawa's DevApps website is amazing. Being able to go through entire proposals, view multiple renderings/angles, floorplans, detail. It's something all municipalities should adopt to better inform citizens and to have more transparency.

I'm loving everything about this one. Crisp white cladding, quality flush glazing, and a really interesting shape. I especially love the wedge shape as you drive by it.

Haven't formed a full opinion on this one yet. I hope it will have some buff masonry as shown on the rendering, and not be 100% white metal paneling. Also wish they went for more height in this location. Seems a 30 floor tower on top of this building would have fit in well. Such a strange little lost corner of Hull. A dépaneur would be appreciated.

Nice QC updates. I don't go out there very much so the updates are appreciated.

Seems like there is decent boom in mid/high rises in Hull/Gatineau which is nice to see. Seems like there was very little development or progress in the past 10+ years before that.

The Island of Hull wasn't bad. Three office towers, the W/E I, the two Vius, a few on Maisonneuve and Montcalm, but development has definitely picked-up the pace on the Island and everywhere else in Gatineau and Hull.

Development never stops at Le Plateau and Aylmer, of course.

Wow. That is some pretty good progress for one year. Couple more floors would have been nice. Design seems fairly basic but well executed.

Quite an interesting build. The high quality we expect from Heafey.

Interesting that the building overlooking a highway gets so much better quality and design than some buildings overlooking the waterfalls, city and river... *cough* zibi

There is a highway in the foreground, yes, but this building still has wicked views from the top floors of Lac Leamey, The Gatineau Hills and the Ottawa River.

Nice! I love the style and the pie-shaped terraces in the corner.
