You assume the barge company or their insurance company has to pay for security

Edit: they are negotiating with them to get paid for security costs

I really like the end result and it looks good, online however like Facebook comments most people hate it, mainly cause they kicked out poor seniors and now the rich will be moving in and why did they spend so much painting it blah blah blah.
