Does the 53 storeys include the Green P garage?

53 is good for Yorkville. I'd count on a second taller tower facing Cumberland should 33 sell well.

1 million dollars in this area is low rent

That might just be a bait site to filter out the 1%'ers, for the real suites.

Back to over hyping Bloor/ Yorkville as being exclusive to only the very rich even with all the condo towers that have sprouted up around it. One million is not low rent

Unless, you are talking about these guys

I know its the developers site, but they probably only have a couple of the 1 million dollar suites. They will obviously get the high rollers which will make the project pay off as well.

Based on every condo project ever sold.

"Prices starting from the low $800,000's, reserve your spot today! ". Lol.

Anyways, I'm not shocked the starting price is a million, but when all is said and done the average unit cost will probably be closer to $3 million than 1 million. At this location.

Yes its Yorkville baby!! Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous.

Interesting....the price point makes sense for the area. Seems like it'll be near Avenue Road. Cresford......

Guy. I work in sales. I know all about bullshit.

That's why I am skeptical of the starting prices here.

Yes, the prices start at a million, but I am not sure how many of those units are available, and in my opinion a sucker reel to get the high rollers to buy the larger and/or more expensive units.

You're no longer in marketing? Your talent is wasted on sales.

What is the basis of your skepticism? Is it the concocted impression of Yorkville or have you actually done a little research? High rolling buildings have been a niche market at the best of times in Toronto and this has been one of the worst summers; possibly since the boom began. Prices are dropping; in some places, dramatically. I can guess this will hit private investment into developing real estate soon if it hasn't already. That will hit tall towers the most.

I'm actually counting on the price drop creating another mini boom like we saw in May and June. One of my partners went ahead despite the rest of us adamantly rejected his proposal and purchased property at the end of May. We really need to make up some of those losses.

That was in the Cresford promotional video - so I would assume it's the current design

Well the podium looks nice the towers I don't think will be much to get excited about. Hopefully I'm wrong.
