MOSCOW | Federation Tower | 373 M - Pinnacle | 360 M - 93 FLOORS | 242 M - 55 FLOORS

Complex Federation
City of Moscow, Russia



Project for the tallest building of Europe and for first Europe's Supertall.

Complex divide into two towers on one podium with over 362 000 square meters of storeys area.

First tower is 340 meters and 81 storeys to tall with 156 364 square meters of storeys area. Tower suppose to using by offices.

Second tower is 235 meters and 55 storeys with 116 061 square meters, for using by hotel and residential apartaments.

On the top of both towers will be located observation point with restaurants with 360 degree view.

Underground parking for 2000 cars on 6 underground storeys.

6 Storeys podium will have 34 700 square meters of shoppings.

The world's tallest spire will saoring up to 440 meters and will have highest in the World 360 degrees out see elevators.

Nice one coth! It's really something isn't it. It will be really exciting to see this one develop. By the way do you know when it is scheduled to be completed? I really want to go and see it when it's done.

no. it almost center of city of moscow. suburban on west begin in 16km from center. city of moscow is 40x55km

I didn't know it was going to be so close to Tower of Russia!!!
That's going to really define the area as a very tall highrise area.

It's too bad they couldn't build the old design; maybe sometime later they can add to this design.

Old Design? I didnt realize there was a NEW design. What have I missed? I only saw pics of the interior above but I didnt read anywhere that there was a NEW design. Am I out of the loop??

The new one is better.
But the rendering might be misleading. I can't believe the bridges that connect the two towers will look that transparent.

I am confused now. Which one is new and which ones old? The new one is the one with the shorter or taller 2nd tower?

I think that the new one has the taller 2nd tower.
