Still no renderings, but good news! This part of Jersey City has fully ''arrived'', but just has some urban gaps that need to be filled. This will help with this issue.

For those of you unfamiliar with Jersey City, the development that's occurred there is mind blowing . The New York region is no stranger to crazy development booms and revitalization, but Jersey City takes the cake in the most dramatic change.
While many might think Brooklyn has more change going on, percentually it might- but a good swath of Jersey City went from ''no-go'' to completely arrived (on level with Williamsburg and west side of Manhattan) in less than a decade. Most of Brooklyn still has decades to go before it comes close to at least 75% of Jersey City.
