It's insane to consider how much the view has changed from this angle in just the past 5 years! EVO, FMC, the core of One Riverside, the skeleton of CHOP Tower, The Summit, and 3601 Market all would have been absent from this picture!

Also 3737 Chestnut and Drexel's Chestnut Square and LeBow College buildings. Amazing change in a few short years.

Building Philly has some new pics up for this build. My favorite residential construction at the moment. I love the scale of the building and how it is position perpendicular to the park. It could be 100ft higher but really nice all around. Can't wait to see them add the skin to the skeleton.
