Well I hope the Redevelopment of One Seneca Tower pans out. Can't stand The tower looking dead at night.
Bad look for the old hometown.

^ Nice! Love seeing Buffalo revitalize its waterfront (a waterfront that many cities would kill to have).

I lived in Buffalo for 3 years and moved away about 10 months ago. Does anyone have any picture updates for the project at Forest and Elmwood Ave?

1159 Main- 215 units right next to Summer-Best light rail station. Cedarland is working with Blackfish Investments on this one, geared towards students. They are also a partner on the project next to Bethune Lofts at Main/Hertel.

Architectural Resources is architect.

Do you have a link to this or another reputable published source? With that I will submit for an update and fix my drawing. Also was it listed as 12 floors or 14?

Also to the guy asking about elmwood and forest. It's currently a very large excavated hole.

Watch for a new design for this one. Carmina Wood Morris is replacing Fontanese as architect.

It is the only source I have seen.
It lists it as 12 stories, 400,000 sf.
What I am not clear on is if the 271 ft is to the penthouse, helicopter pad or the roofline.

Ellicott Development is moving forward with plans to renovate 270 Michigan into three floors of office space topped by six apartments on the upper three floors. This building is highly visible from the 190 so it will have an over-sized impact.
