I think they will be a welcome addition.
Not everyone craves alfalfa sprouts, quinoa and kale.
There has to be a balance. There are many unique eateries but a larger place needs to have some main stream offerings and in addition to lack of experience, part of that is not knowing the demon\graphics.
How nice it will be to once again have a family place serving comfort food in the area.
Papa Georges did have some good comfort food in their time.
