This is such a prominent location from entering/exiting downtown at the east side. Will be very much in view from the 5th Ave and 4th Ave flyovers.

The pedestrian walkway that is directly adjacent to the tower in the above rendering is already about half completed.

When will the second tower go up? Is there a DP? They're both nice looking buildings.

The DP called for something like 550 or 600 units iirc.

I believe they're doing the underground portion for the the two towers and mid-rise building on this block. Looks like a second crane, north of the other one, will soon be installed as well.
