I believe so.

So what do people think will get built first of the remaining uCity Square developments - 3400 Market, 3675 Market, 3700 Lancaster or something else?

3675 is about to break ground. They are about to start drilling- so it will be first.

Sorry to bump an old thread for something as insignificant as this, but this site has advertisements for leasing space. Not sure if it did before and I never noticed, or if this is a new thing.

I have to walk by this lot every day at Drexel. They had signs up with the renderings but there has been 0 movement on the project since it was announced. Something tells me this is going to come after uCity Square chronologically.

Better chance of hitting the powerball than this getting built.

What makes you say that? This is part of uCity Square, and they've been fairly good with making progress.

They have been proposing a building on this site for 20 years. Only way it gets built is if Drexel needs another academic building. The juice is the area is the SY and Ucity SQ. Not at this site.

This may be the last piece of land that gets developed, even after the Market St stretch b/w 38th and 39th.

Over two years since the last post on this thread, a very teensy tiny update. New rendering of uCity Square below. You can see faintly in the background the now two planned highrise buildings at 34th & Market. You can see them next to the Summit building:

3401 is a nice lowrise. I'd hate to see it go, maybe an overbuild?
I'll take the height in the area though. Definitely an underutilized intersection considering the subway is right there.
