^^ which in themselves were redesigned into the proposed Oxford twins in Toronto, that fell by the wayside.

Of course. Oxford isn't going to pay F+P to come up with an original design for some renderings to use to sway council on the casino decision. Renderings doesn't make it a proposal or, now, an unbuilt one.

Yes I did, it should be first on that list, but it was deleted when I uploaded the second one. After that I decided to keep the rest active but that first one was lost, unless it's in an archive here somewhere...

Has excavation started? Anyone have pics? As I understand it, the first building being built is the 65-storey one.

Yea, 3 Yonge is the first tower, how much progress has been made on the site is something I lack understanding of, much like others I'd think.

I drove by the other day and didn't see anything happening. But, as I say, I was driving and had to pay at least a little attention to the traffic. I could have missed developments.

The possibility exists excavation could begin. The only other supertall that may be ready to begin by summer would be M+G. Actual construction, with a crane and re-bar and concrete, is probably a year or more away still...
