Yup. The 4 Season's was a pretty big leap over the previous tallest; the Manulife Center. And One Bloor will surpass the 4 Season's by about the same margin.

Walked by the site today, and they have taken over the sidewalk on the north side of Hayden to proceed with excavation at the south end of the site.
