20 seems a bit steep figuring it's only supposed to be 57 floors. Looks more like 8-10 floors if that. I have not been in the area in awhile to do a floor count, so I could be wrong and I hope I am. Another 20 would be awesome. Ground floor starts on Grand, not upper Illinois right?

If you look at the image of the render on the first page, this looks like it is about topped out. I doubt the crane jumps again, which it would need to do if there's more than 5 floors to be added. Maybe they need to add 3 more floors at most. It's almost to its final height.

Does that mean that the floor for 45 was poured? A separate question is if the core is the official topping out point?

I've been involved in this project for 3 years and I still get confused.

Level 45 is the 47th level above Grand Ave. The roof over the core is the 57th level.
