I don't care about the height but a spires can be a nice addition if done with class!

Not on buildings with flat roofs they can't.

Hey for what its worth, CTC in Philly didn't end up look as 'fantastic' as I thought it would. Sorry you get upset so easily.. Anyways, I'm loving One Grant Park, Its presence is already felt from most angles in the park. This girl is super thicc, no spire necessary.

It actually fell down once. It was ashamed of its shadow.

Note how the non coated bar is already red with rust

Hula Hoops - or post tension cables.

Looks like we have hit a setback

That's a pretty good spot for the building. One Museum Park looks kind of detached from over there. It'll be like a separate skyline of sorts, like in Atlanta where there are a few smaller areas with skyscrapers as opposed to one big downtown.

That area will fill visually over time as you have the 62 acre Related Midwest site to the west along the river, and the area to the south of McCormick Place.

Riverline, 1000 S Michigan, and Essex will help pull the southern wall into context with what's north of it (short term), keeping it as a southern bookend rather than a northern one to The 78, 1326 S Michigan, McCormick, and Michael Reese. Granted that those will do more in the long term to bring more development to the South Loop in general, as you said.

Nice work. Chicago is due for some high-rise activity southward...If my direction is right.

I mean...The only thing east of the city is water, basically.

Thanks so much for sharing those. I can tell it's a great deal of work, and something I would love to be able to do if I had the ability. But I don't, so that's really great to have. Very appreciated

Gret job and if both towers of OGP are built it's going to look like one massive building, specially from the east or west!

Thank you for the rendering!
