It looks like Detroit has a lot of company when it comes to total devastation of whole neighbourhoods over the years, just so sad to look at.

There's a reason they call the economic transformation of Japan, South Korea, Thailand, so on the Asian Miracle.

After the Korean War, the North was the more developed and stable Korea.
