Apologies for the huge images, but these two stills from the Park Tower webcam show the testing of just a sliver of the Salesforce crown. It's not much, but gives a small sense of what to expect once completed.

Sunset Light Show by Mother Nature

The view from my apartment in the civic center of Salesfoce was amazing at sunset. As the sun migrates north & south we will see some seasonal changes in the way the light reflects.

It’s interesting to see different perspectives from various parts of the City. For you, the St. Regis blocks most of 181 Fremont. For me, it’s in line with Salesforce Tower, allowing me a generous view of the shorter tower. Your Fox Plaza is also fully in my view, though I wish it were of the Fox Theatre instead, as it was when my place was built (and three years before I first visited the City during the summer of '67).
