From that angle, some of those floors definitely have “unique” dimensions. Never noticed that before.

Which building? They both have varying dimensions. Specifically the office tower facing the square.

Getting pretty close to topping out on tower 1. I think the roof slab is complete as of yesterday and they're pouring the elevator core above the roof now.

It looks like they're putting a second story on that elevator rooftop shack, making it tall enough to have the elevator to open onto the roof. (Much like the Holiday Towers to the south, with the rooftop pool.)

What's the black (girder?) construction to the right of the elevator shack? so far it reminds me of a helipad.

Some kind of mechanical I would presume in the steel shack. Or maybe just a rooftop indoor area??

But you're right, the elevator will likely go up one more storey or so.
