Looks like they're at the offset portion in the middle now.

I think L'Avenue is pretty much finish. Retails have opened and people have moved in. The building looks pretty sleek.

53 floors for a 168m tower sounds like they're cramming them in there.

Casa 3 - 175 meters rising behind Casa 2

That Montreal tower reminds me of Mirvish's plan for the Westinghouse Block on the King West Strip. Looks better in Montreal, would have gotten cheaped out anyways.

New Downtown Montreal west cluster from my balcony over the years...

Featuring #11-30 alumni TDC & l'Avenue, 2 Rocabellas, and Icone. Newcomer TDC2 should enter my line of sight shortly.

I had hopes for YC Condo - 198 meters

Looks like it is turning into a bit of a disaster.

I forgot what the cladding on this was going to look like. Hopefully like the renders.

Nevermind, I just saw this image it will look even better then the render. This exterior will have an interesting look.

Yea..E Condos is looking from meh to alright with the balcony cladding, though I'm really going to be critical of the podium on this project. The podium is absolutely massive, and it would be horrible to be an eyesore since its such a huge part in the street-level view of the area.

I'm not a fan of the podium. The tower should look alright with the balcony glazing. The white spandrel panel will peak through. It won't be as clean as the rendering
