Looks awfully similar to the Emory deck being praised 1 month ago here that everyone was so proud. A parking deck is a parking deck is a parking deck.

Ummm remember that a part of the "sweetheart" deal that Integral had with AHA includes AHA sharing the profits while assuming none of the development risk or responsibility. I wouldn't waste 2 seconds getting worked up over this without having any knowledge of what kind deal Brock has with AHA.

I do that agree that the density is disappointing. It seems like an incredible waste and in the long run, will have a negative impact on affordability.

Things went swimmingly with Integral, didn’t it? /s the city wound up suing because it was inept and provided a deal too sweet for Integral and not good enough for the city.

Considering what deal if any between Brock & AHA is not public information is exactly why people should be outraged. All we know right now is AHA sold way too much land, way below market value, for way too little housing, which will have way too much impact on the CoA in the long run.

AHA should be enabling communities for everyone, not SFH enclave neighborhoods for a select few while lining the pockets of developers.

Is the parking lot at the Works the structure currently going up in the way back of the lot? I pass the Works everyday and only noticed it yesterday. It is barely visible from Chattahoochee.
