Is there a good rendering of the final appearance? I haven't gone back in the thread to check. So far, it looks like a potential hot mess to me, although I am relieved to see that band of black cladding going on - the silver seemed overwhelming to me when I thought it was going to cover the entire tower.

From the Tribeca west rendering, it seems to line up. Same with a few of the recent pics.
I see they made some changes to the Tribeca East interior. They were marketing the old, darker lobby design as "A Grand Entrance". The new, lighter design doesn't look very grand at all. I prefer the darker one.
It's going to be hard to take a picture to match the rendering, not least because hardly anyone will have the lights on at that time of the morning. Won't stop anyone from trying, I assume. This is looking at construction north and not south east as the rendering is.
I'm going to guess 'No', but on the bright side (no pun intended) once Claridge is done building, the sun will reflect off the panes of glass and light will be pouring into his apartment. And who says high rises block out the sun....
