Are these units cheaper than the other Waterfront condos? All the spandrel definitely gives it a bit more of a "budget" vibe compared to the previous phases.

I see very little spandrel. The older phases have as much on top of the painted concrete structural elements.

I actually prefer Outlook to the two original phases. just my opinion, but Outlook looks a little more funky by having more glass.
