With the recent article in the Free Press, should Two London Place be changed to 'canceled' to 'proposed' or 'stale proposal'? Was this building ever considered canceled or was it more of a a proposal or vision or something?

I've started working on the dominion building. I love that thing... but shadows are proving tricky.

Oh I see it and you also did Varsity Commons. Nice work!

...For a second there I thought you meant the Dominion Public Building when I read Federal Government Building. Those names get confusing.

On a related note, I put in a request in the diagrams corrections section to have One London Place Phase Two changed from cancelled to proposed as per the recent news about the building. You can view the thread here: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/show....php?p=5525845

I have just finished the dominion building, but had to get some tips on how to make the background transparent. AND yes, the buildings do quite often have names that are far to similar. Dominion should be submitted later this evening.

Cool! Looking forward to seeing it!

Anyone want to tackle drawing the newly proposed SoHo Wellington Centre? Render here:

I'd love to draw them, but I'm kind of hesitant given how few details we have. I don't really want to spend time drawing the proposal if it's just a flash in the pan. Once we hear a little more I'd be more than happy to draw it, though.

Also, thanks a bunch, Snark. Unfortunately I didn't put much thought into my schooling or career, and I ended up with a diploma in a field I'm super interested in. Woops!

Hah. Meant to write "not super interested" in that last sentence. Woops again!

Anyhow, Peter McGregor:

Thanks, Fazdeh.

Just a few things left until the South Tower is done (namely the ground floor). I had to use a bit of artistic license on the roof since the pictures I'm working from aren't of the best quality.

Here are the best pictures I could find. If anyone else can come up with something better please post it here so I can accurately draw the top floor.

From the top? Or street level? If street level, since I was laid off, I have all SORTS of time but I'd be happy to help tomorrow if that works. I'll take a camera out not my usual cell too

I meant the top portion, I've been using Google Streetview for the ground floor. The southwest face of the smaller tower is basically just an entrance to underground parking and some stairs. I didn't feel like it justified actually taking the time to walk over there to snap some pictures.

I've just been trying to figure out what's going on at rooftop level. From the two pictures I posted it kind of looks like a rooftop patio or something, with a glass sunroom. But really I have no clue.

And sucks to hear you were laid off.

Two new diagrams were added to the list today: Wellington Park and the Station Park Hotel.

Awesome job, Fazdeh.

I've been pretty busy lately and've kinda forgotten about drawing diagrams. I should submit my South Tower and start working on something new. Maybe I'll finally start the Gartshore towers on Ridout since they're somewhat interesting.

Thanks, I actually have 7 that are in pending, and two for the proposed 909 Southdale projects, but since they haven't been listed on the diagrams list yet, I'm waiting to submit those, I have however made a request for their addition. So I would assume they'll be up shortly.
And yes, when you have some time, please continue to submit, because your diagrams are fantastic. I personally would love to see you tackle the London Life building.

Cool, keep em coming!

Any chance your drawers can convince whoever oversees the London diagrams page to change Two London Place from canceled to proposed? All the prep work has been done... a shovel doesn't even need to go in the ground if they decide to build it.

Is there a tutorial on making diagrams? I'm just curious how involved the process is. I'd like to see Windsor's Augustus tower done, especially considering it is one of Windsor's tallest and yet still not on the Windsor diagram page. I putter around with photoshop a lot myself but I've never done a building diagram.

I myself am in the learning process, and haven't even dared venturing past Windows paint.. but am considering doing so because I feel like I'm getting the fundamentals... as for a tutorial? No.. sadly I'm not aware of such a thing existing, though the diagram section of the forum will often give you great tips and so on.

As for switching two London Place? I have no clue how that would be done...
