^Looks like they changed the design quite a bit, they show balconies where there is glass. Also there is some minor changes done to the ground floor in the river side too.

my computer shows mid-res pictures, so the towers look off-white and grayish black to me.

Friday, May 13th:

I also talked briefly to one of the guys working on the site. Tower 3 is definately going up next (no news there). He didn;t know which tower was tower three, nor the names of the two towers being built. I suspect we know far more about the project then many people working on it.

From I 95 southbound.

Rest of the shots are from foot, right up agains the construction fence.

And one more of the windows/glazing that I forgot to post earlier. The glass definitely is bluish, but with the concrete being unfinished, no way to know what the building itself will be exactly as of yet.

My camera has a crappier zoom then all of yours, biznitches!

Nice updates guys.

123 condos in tower 4 -Horizon 37 stories- sold in 3 days.

Boy are they going to salty when their skyline views become views of the two 40 story towers across Delaware Ave.

For a split second, I thought someone was posting pictures of the Adams Mark Hotel, and they were deconstructing it... funny how your mind plays tricks on you.

I don't know how much the 700 N. Delaware project will block the view of center city at Waterfront Square. It might block part of the western protion of the skyline but those towers are not that close to Waterfront Square. Is the 700 N. Delaware project in this thread somewhere?

i dunno ... i'd need to see this within a larger context, but 700 delaware might block the skyline.

from philly-drew ...

Well, the model says it all . . . The tallest tower at Waterfront Square will not see much of the skyline. The two south towers will be able to see most of it though. Don't tell them . . . they will become nimbys and try to stop 700 Delaware Ave.!

My guess is 350 to 400....roughly the same height as the tallest Waterfront square tower.

Oh, I totally forgot to mention this when I posted my pics.

When I walked to Waterfront square, I actually pakred over near the WTC lot.

There were four men in shirts and ties, all mid 50s-ish standing across from the site, with clipboards and black folders talking and pointing across columbus towards the site. When I got out of the car, they all got quiet, and looked at me and my camera. I walked by them, and they stayed quiet untill I was past them, and they then continued talking in almost whipsers.

Was very very interested in asking them what they were there about, but their actions made me think it was best to keep to my own business.

Could be nothing, but maybe...
