Names in the history of Dundas' curvy road?

Yes, I need to spend some time in The London Room. I’ll get there in a couple of days.

I am wondering in anyone has a lead on actual names of persons involved in the inspiration and execution of the infamous curvy road disaster that happened at Dundas at Adelaide in the 1970’s.

All, if any of the sources I find online generally fault it to “City Hall”, some committee or other, “They” or generally unnamed dunderheads.

Someone actually had the idea, inspired by something. Even if it was presented to or by a committee, those people had names. I can find nothing. The history is cleaned.

Does anyone have any ideas? Who started this?
