Selling Hamilton to Torontonians

Interesting article on the marketing of Hamilton properties to business people in Toronto.

Niche developer Brad Chichakian says "Hamilton is becoming a place that people see as cheap but interesting, too. You can't be cheap and boring. That won't work."

A natural brand extension of Urbanicity's developer-friendly editorial tilt.

Kind of odd that after years of free, occasionally national media promoting the city's bubbly cultural sector and cheap real estate, the city has finally decided to pay to get that message out. Better late than never, I suppose.
