That depends on when you bought it! Depending on the building & exact location, something like that could probably go for $600-700,000 today, but would've been as low as $400-500,000 as recently as a year or two ago.

You think a downtown unit with floor-to-ceiling windows, integrated appliances and a terrace go for $600-$700psf today?? That would have been the price 3 years ago. Now it's closer to $900psf. I got it at $830psf.

1ajs, out of curiosity, could I ask how you ended up in Lynn Lake to begin with? Looks really cool from your photos, but it's not really a place lots of people move to!

Because there is no spacing between your two pictures, at a first glance I thought you'd discovered that your backyard was a platform and there was a gas tank hidden underneath it

Cool. Same condition of my first house (it was 2 storey and brick) and I also found a patio under decades of debris.

Me too. I inserted some spacing in this quote. I look forward to seeing the progress on this beautiful little house.

Thanks man. I think it was the stone that actually made the vinyl palatable. Not my house anymore though as she SOLD tonight

4 people came to see it and I got lucky on the 4th. Everything else in my neighborhood is dropping price multiple times and still not selling. Start my house shopping tomorrow although I have been browsing the mls site for about 8 years since I bought this place really. Hopefully I can end my addiction after the next one.

My newly purchased place. Larger yard than my old house and much smaller house. Needs some work but I have time. Pics are from the listing and not mine. Can't wait for the elms in the back yard to mature over the years!

only thing is keep an eye on that back door sill as the deck being so lvl with it can be a zone for rot with spring melt and such

I have to stay on top of shoveling the back deck or my one dog will pee and poop all over it. As long as there is no snow on it he will not do that, as soon as snow he doesn't bother going down stairs, has even kept a foot in the door and peed lol.
