Great pictures! A lot of them are looking upward, which tends to happen when photographing Chicago.

Great trip Cooldayman...Nice to see the centre of the Windy city.
Love the last pic and the first pic you can tell the Pope to put down the fingers as I can smell his Mama all the way over here! Joke(Irish humour)

Great pics. Even after having been to DT Chicago 4 or 5 times, there's still a lot I haven't seen. Now that's what I call a world class city...

Great pictures!

I´ve liked to see Chicago´s skyline from Lincoln Park and the pictures of Millennium Park. Very nice colours and sharpness in your pictures.

Last picture is amazing!

Thanks for sharing.

Congrats and greetings from Madrid, Spain!

Fabulous! You show off a town I'd love to live in....if I hadn't lived in it all my life.

I really enjoyed....

• great Millennium Park shots with surrounding Grant Park, including the new interface through the sky bridge to the Art Institute

• wonderful beach shots

• I never saw he completed roof of the Lakeshore East market place (where Mariano's is located); cool.

• Looking south on Rush Street deadending at Trump (I love the effect of a tall building at the end of a street, like that classic older version across the river with The B of T at the foot of LaSalle

• looking south in Grant Park to Museum Park's towers

• the mix of high rise new and vintage older homes on the Gold Coast

....and far too many others to mention.

Nize.

Makes me kick myself for hardly ever spending any time in Chicago in the summer. Some of those downtown water/beach and water/tower shots are subtly mind bending.

You found patterns and compositions that I have never seen before - even though I walk there every other day. Thank you for the lessons.
