This 30 story tower is at the corner of Madison Ave and 53rd street. It is pursuing an LEED Gold certification. It has a total of 350k square feet and is planned to be ready for October 2008.

This building is 411 feet.

386 is DOB roof height, which is not the same as building height.

The original proposal was for a skinny 650 feet residential. Demand from hedge funds changed the proposal to a squat office tower at the last minute...

Not a bad execution for an office tower, though. It won't make a dent in the skyline, but it's good infill.

I prefer the final result : the cladding on the rendering is less attractive than in reality.
