The Renaissance II in London. Will be tied for the third-tallest in the city when complete.

CBRM's (Sydney and area) tallest, Hampton Inn by Hilton in Membertou. It's topped out but there's still finishing touches and the pedway being done.

My photo taken on Dec 28.

I know the New Glasgow area isn't on this list but oh well. Sobeys head offices on King Street in Stellarton has just opened, a grand total of 3 stories. Our next one to start will be a 4-story seniors complex on East River Road in New Glasgow.

What does the pedway on the Sydney building lead to? I'm guessing a casino?

The pedway leads to the Membertou Trade and Convention Centre. The centre sees a fair amount of conventions come through, so convention guests will now be able to stay at the hotel and get to their conventions (or dinner at the restaurant which gets great reviews) without facing the elements. There is no casino on Membertou land (that I'm aware of) because they get a share of Casino Nova Scotia's profits from the Sydney Casino.

With the Trillium now done it looks like Halifax's tallest under construction is the new ALT Airport Hotel out at Stanfield Int'l.

We don't have an exact height for most projects right now. There are three other buildings that could be the tallest when it comes down to height in metres;

Saint Lawrence Place - 12 floors
King's Wharf - The Anchorage & The Keelson - 40m/12 floors

^really nice Halifax and Ottawa pics. Would love to see some of final target renders for the other projects (like Regina, London and Sherbrooke's)

for Winnipeg, its still the Human Rights Museum/ Musée canadien pour les droits de la personne (pics on previous page courtesy of ammorand...hasn't changed much since then aside from more glass and a few small additions)

topped out at 100m

webcams:

eng http://humanrightsmuseum.ca/building...ction-web-cams
fr http://museedesdroitsdelapersonne.ca...eb-du-chantier

its not slated to open till 2014 now, but construction should be completed by the end of the year or early 2013

then this year we too will have an ATL hotel under construction ~20 stories and a 25 storey Apartment tower named Heritage Landing. I suppose once those are actually underway we can put them in, both should be starting in April I believe.

Trump Hotel is just about to open. Rooms start at $425 a night and go up to $20,000 a night for the presidential suite.

Ah yes, I forgot about that

Here it is:

After CMHR is actually done (its topped out, but technically still U/C)

Also, another little correction on my previous post - Heritage Landing will be 28 stories, not 25 (according to their website)
