This demo is for the Roszak project, right? Crazy that the mid-block project (MDA City Apts - Phase 2) has not started yet. It looks like the demo crews are using that lot for stockpiling, though.

just wish what was going here was a little more quality architecture and height for this location

Wow! I'm digging both of those. The second one looks like something you'd see in NYC with that curved glass.

I would argue that it doesn't, but to each their own. I guess maybe if you're talking about near the High Line, but then again not really. The ones around the High Line look much better. But this one still looks OK to me.

Beautiful proposal, on both accounts!

Has there been anything like this boom?

Two months ago it seemed everyone was gearing up for a rEcesSiOn. (Knock on wood).

What a time to be alive. Truly unbelievable.

Checked and yes - the white boom is Superior House - the moon blocker on Grand has a red boom.

Rgarri4, are you even able to keep up with the Fulton Market boom? I’d imagine it’s a full time job. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Indeed it is a great time to be alive. I can’t even imagine what this is gonna look like for the residential boom once all these new office towers get built. Holy sheesh.

Haha yes it's been difficult to keep up, but exciting and fun. This is the latest flythrough I did of Fulton Market which is pretty current as of last month.
