Seems Halloween is starting early this year, as I'm already seeing something come back from the dead.
This thing is still on? By all means great, but didn't the developer go bankrupt?

It's gained momentum the past 6-12 months when AmerisourceBergen considered the project and then essentially became official when they committed to the project. Not sure if it changed developers and such over the past 2-3 years since it was first proposed.

They needed the move, their old HQ was...old. While I'm not surprised they went to Conshy based on their Mainline heritage, it irks me that their office was scattered with artwork of boathouse row and other Philly imagery. They like the association, but they would never put their money where their mouth is (of course I'm sure this is the LAST thing they're thinking about). Still, should be great for Conshy.

Ha, our office in King of Prussia renamed all of the conference rooms after "iconic" Philadelphia locations. Like, ok, but...we don't do business in Philly?

You're thinking of this: https://montco.today/2018/03/seven-t...-the-property/

SORA West is being done by Keystone Property Group and is 100% happening. This is the project site: http://keystonepropertygroup.com/pro...-conshohocken/

Exactly correct. This project has been a "Go" all along with steady milestones once proposed. This is one block from Great American Pub and will be the first tall building on that side of the bridge.

Here's another one that falls more under the category, "back from the dead."

I feel like Conshy is what KOP is now striving to be. This is a great development.

Conshy has good bones - something KoP can never replicate. That new faux town center there is definitely a step up from the type of development that dominates KoP but still, it's lame. There's a giant CHOP facility next door but no pedestrian connection and the properties are separated by a fence. So all those people who work at CHOP can't walk to town center to eat and shop. And anyone who lives at the town center and works at CHOP can't walk between the two. Although it's possible the township will build a sidewalk along Gulph Road.

Exactly. Town Center is a fake feel of a urban block at best. Narrow streets. Parkin lots full of cars and hard to navigate. It's doesn't have that genuine feel. Even the fake streets in Walt Disney World has a better feel. And, I feel developers try to milk every square inch of development to fit all the tenants and vehicles into the development. It feels claustrophobic. Maybe Conshy can do it better.

As reported in one of the general Philly threads, demo is well underway to make way for this project. As of a week ago the parking garage was almost completely gone and as of today the exterior of the existing office building is ~50% gone.

Looks like demolition is done and there's a drill on site.

Very nice! Hopefully Keystone Property Group will become the next high rise commercial development players in the Philly area now that Liberty Property Trust is exiting the game. Someone needs to fill their shoes.

Can't wait to see those 2 cranes flying high above the Conshy skyline
