December 18th. The elevator shaft is beginning to peek over the trees of Forest Park's Central Fields.

Skyline shot.

Today, the final deck of the parking garage was being placed along with supports being formed for the double height ceiling which will allow for high clearance on the final floor of the garage. Residential floors begin next with the building set to top out in Late November/Early December 2019.

Oh man, this looks killer with the glass now beginning to be installed. I would love a Jeanne Gang building in every city in the Midwest one day, to add to the legacy of artists like Frank Lloyd Wright and Mies Van Der Rohe. I would also love a filled-in corridor of higher-rising development from the Mississippi to the edge of Forest Park, but I digress.

It's happening, just very slowly.

I'm really curious to see how this one turns out. I think it's a really neat and original design.

Crane has been jumped again and is the tallest in the region now. Currently poured floor 20, working on supports for 21. Core is at level 22. 16 floors left to go. Update via the webcam.
