I personally think the "sky" starts at 2,000 feet.. Calling a 893 foot building "in the sky" is just silly.

According to that theory your avatar has zero skyscrapers in it then. That's just silly.

That building with the nail salon is an eye-sore. I hope more towers go up on Yonge.

They're working on floor 16.

You should see the rest of Yonge; 70% of it is a disaster. Thankfully, they've finally started redeveloping it. Besides AURA, there's 1 Bloor, 460 Yonge, 501 Yonge, Massey Tower, L Tower, while 5ive plans to restore half a block of modest 3 floor Victorians rather than redevelop.

We just need another 30-40 new skyscrapers on Yonge south of Bloor and it will become the great street we're all waiting for. Maybe by 2025?

^I take it the "74" in Caltrane74 is your age?

This building will be the biggest game-changer in Toronto's skyline in almost 40 years.

I'm not a big fan of that overhang. It kind of ruins the flow of the setbacks.

It's temporary, until the tower is finished.

The stores are opening up in a few months, so they will remove the hoarding below. - The tower will still be under-construction so the overhang will be required as the hoarding below will be gone.

When the tower is finished, the overhang is gone!

Oh, great! That totally saves the podium for me. Still not completely sold on the darker spandrel glass, but I'm holding out final judgement until this bad boy is finished.

When the
