Northland Living plans 35-story condo tower in downtown Austin

Quote:
Northland Living, a development arm of Canadian hospitality giant Northland Properties Corp., has revealed new details for its planned condo tower in downtown Austin called Luminary. It's one of the first local projects by the company, which began establishing its Austin presence in 2023.
Currently, the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas is located in a building at the 14th and Guadalupe site. The organization will relocate temporarily but move into office space in the new tower when it's completed, according to the announcement.

The price of a condo will range from $600,000 to more than $3 million, according to Northland, and Austin-based Urbanspace LLP is in charge of marketing and sales.

Flintco LLC is the project’s general contractor, Page Southerland Page is designer, Kimley-Horn is the project engineer and Drenner Group PC is providing legal services.
