I have no idea what to make of it. Reminds me a bit of those fantasy cities that were proposed in the 60's for Tokyo Bay.

in fact its a real plan ,but too many people against it,and its pretty new,i guess not even one month,is it gonna built or not lets wait for a few days

The Marriott is nice, should be tallest all-hotel tower in world after Abco Rotana in Dubai. Someday I hope to make it to Chongqing
