Wish those CIBC towers were each 100m taller. It was one spot in the CBD where I thought they'd go a lot taller than they are.

But how many 200m+ office projects can the city support at once? There's like 5 other proposals at the moment including one 298m to roof and another 170m+ office project already u/c.

Think we might be getting a tad bit spoiled?

Spoiled? I've been waiting my whole life for Canada to produce a metropolis of its own. I've been quite patient actually.

That image was from Edmonton's planning department, trying to convince city council that a tower in Grandin is a bad idea, even if it is close to an LRT station.

Daveography on Skyrisecities is doing an excellent job of creating Edmonton's possible future skyline. The skyline would look fantastic if everything gets built!
