I'll be snapping some pics sometime this week, ironically that street is one I've earmarked for pics as it's one of the few streets south of the river to have been developed turn of the century.

This may make me sound ameteur, but wouldn't Bowdale Crescent NW be one of the more expensive, yet overlooked streets in Calgary?

It's up there, most expensive assessments I see in there are ~1.2m (and some as low as 250k). Having those scrapyards in there probably doesn't help much with the property values though.

Others include Prospect Ave and Sydenham Road in Upper Mount Royal (and neighbouring streets). The odd place goes for 6 digits but most are above 2 or 3 million. Including a $5.24 million 6500 sq ft house on a 21,600 sq ft lot.

Nice!

What about Bel Aire? I know it has the highest aveage priced houses in Calgary. One is on the market for $12,000,000. There are a few large sized lot backing onto the CGCC.
