Denver as actually pretty safe, compared to so many other cities.

I noticed one particular crack motel on E. Colfax had 3 or 4 murders last year. Time to tear that thing down!

Stockholm is at 4 or 5 depending on if the "grenade" is counted as a murder or not.

2 shootings, 2 stabbings.

Malmö at 2 after two shootings.
Gothenburh 1 after a shooting.

Anybody got figures for other European cities?

January

2016: 24
2017: 21
2018: 19

I want to see a larger drop. Anyway, overall violent crimes is down more than that, so that's a good sign. I think aggravated assaults were the only category that increased year-to-date for January.
