Cool NASHVILLE | 505 | 550 ft | 45 FLOORS

Tony Giarratana comes back onto the scene in a huge way with this beast, 505 CST (Church Street) at the site of the cancelled Signature Tower. 700k sq. ft. of office space and a 200 room hotel are to rise above the city in a spectacular tower that is aiming for LEED Platinum certification. The floor count and height are estimates based upon drawings and models with the Fifth Third Center at 490ft being a good structure to guess off of. The final height and floor count remain unknown but this will likely be a new tallest and possible Nashville's most striking high rise to date.

This tower is revealed the same day as a 395' apartment tower for SoBro at 3rd Ave South & Demonbreun St. and a not yet branded hotel at 4th Ave South & Molloy St. was announced as well. He is also building an 8-story apartment building in Midtown across from Centennial Park.
