I'm fine, thank you. Was just really busy over the summer with projects (understaffed...NC has a serious shortage of engrs).
Here are some updates...
Two Legacy Union - 17 fl
Quote:
The Charlotte-based developer filed a rezoning to allow a "cantilevered building design" for a portion of a proposed 17-story office building. If approved, the upper floors would extend out over a portion of the streetscape. The petition was filed for the currently L-shaped, 2.2-acre parcel at Stonewall, Tryon and Hill streets, though renderings and a site plan filed with the rezoning depict the proposed building at the hard corner of Hill and Tryon streets.

Spectrum and Invesco South End Mixed Use - 2 x 9 fl Office and 200 room hotel
Quote:
The South End development is going through rezoning now. It is expected to include two nine-story buildings with 440,000 square feet of office and 40,000 square feet of street-level retail and, separately, a 200-room boutique hotel that will be built above the project's parking deck as well as a large urban plaza, which McClure described as a "living room" for South End. Public art will also be part of the site.

Beacon Partners South End Mixed Use - 8 fl and hotel
Quote:
The intersection of South Tryon Street and West Boulevard in Wilmore, and the current home of Sauceman's, will soon be redeveloped with a mixed-use project.
Charlotte developer Beacon Partners said early Wednesday that it will develop an eight-story, 130,000-square-foot office building with 10,000 square feet of retail on the first floor in addition to multifamily units, potentially a boutique hotel and a large outdoor plaza connecting West Boulevard to the future Wilmore Centennial Park.
Beacon says it expects to break ground on the project, Common Square, in the spring.

Atrium Health Medical Office - Midtown
Quote:
Atrium Health is extending its campus in midtown Charlotte with a $200 million investment in two medical office buildings. It's the next phase of Pappas Properties' $250 million mixed-use development at its Kenilworth Avenue site.
The project involves the construction of about 280,000 square feet of medical outpatient space over the next two years for Charlotte-based Atrium's adult specialty centers, including Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute, neurology and digestive health. Pappas will also develop a parking structure and two levels of subterranean parking for the medical office space and future phases of the project.

A high-profile Atlanta developer will do its next Queen City office project in South End.
