Even without the ring, there is mechanical space on top of the "roof" that would be considered the top of the building.

So will this steel go in faster? Or is it still two to three weeks each floor.

Also, can someone do a diagram of how much is left

2 floors a week, and 3 more jumps.

Yeah, could someone do a rendering with the existing structure and the final project superimposed, so we can get a good visual sense for just how much farther there is to go, parapet and all?

So it will go as fast as the typical office floors in the building.

I thought the typical office floors went up one floor per week.
Seems like their moving faster, and maybe it's back to one floor per week

Well yes they did. But now its 2 floors per week(depending on weather) but it will go as fast as one floor per week. That's what I am assuming. So I guess I answered my own question.

So at the risk of jinxing the whole thing, we could be looking at steel hitting the roof by the end of the month, yes?

I'll be in NYC in mid-June. I'm hoping it's topped out about by then! but I won't be disappointed if it's not, as I'll be back in NYC again at the end of the year. (spire! Yes!)

Some seriously epic fog today! I can barely see 7 WTC. I can only see maybe the first 30 floors of 1 WTC. Good thing the weather cooperated on Monday for the jump.
