Huh...I forgot, 4800 Yonge is owned by Menkes, so they'll be going ahead with that project in the future, which their site mentions.

Looking into city documents, 309 Cherry will be developed some day (of course)….but the city needs to assess the area with flood protections on the Don watershed and get the planning framework established for that section of the city.

I have updated the list and diagram on the OP. Lots of new towers this time, over 280 towers now on the list.

A new one for Vancouver

1450 West Georgia at 151.6 m.

If approved this will be quite the interesting corner of downtown for Towers.

Would be great to have a diagram.

Also while not 150 metres it would be great to have a diagram of the Oakridge towers (tallest at 134.4 metres)

Much nicer than most buildings that have balconies (which often ruin a building).

Where did all the illustrators in Western Canada go? I'll make a drawing since it's a good looking tower.

You're the only one Koops. We'd be looking at a diagram of blanks if not for you!

That's missing a ton too. If only Burnaby and Coquitlam would give out proper heights and not just storeys.

Metro, I'll give ya $20 to FOI them!
