The brick panels are being installed in the southeast side.

Does anyone remember how N. Broad looked with flowers planted in the traffic islands a few years back? What started out as a good idea quickly became a nightmare on north broad, and the flower islands were eventually cemented. Maybe upkeep was the issue, I'm not sure. It was the area just north of city hall and it extended north several blocks.

Nice. It really fills its lot nicely, a lot better than I would have thought given that there's supposed to be a parking lot behind it. Kudos to the Broad Street Renaissance.

But I've seen a lot of buildings with that color brick, and especially if it's hand-laid (which, I believe, on 777 it is) it ages really well.

This is such a cool project, should really help push development further down Broad. Only thing I'd change (within reason) would be the brick facade. I think developers try to incorporate the red brick design into too many projects, i.e., 10 Rittenhouse. It'd be nice to see modern designs sprinkled here and there.

Definitely a handsome addition to South Broad St. It seems to have a vaguely Art Deco feel about it.
